SCOPE OF SERVICES

• assessment of external candidates, benchmarking of competency levels, benchmarking of candidates soft skills against company’s corporate values

• assessment of internal candidates in order to identify their potential for growth and/or change management capacity in situations such as promotion, structural changes within the company, possible adjustments of functional responsibilities

• outplacement (coaching, psychological support, analysis (if necessary), assessment of competencies, assessment of motivation and marketing tool development to assist in new job searches)

METHODOLOGY

For the assessment of competencies I use different tools: psychometric testing, soft skills based interviews, competency based interviews, business case studies, role-playing, motivation based interviews, STAR interviews.
